In today's pursuit of efficient hair care and safe use, Lithium Blower is gradually replacing traditional AC hair dryers with its innovative low-voltage design and multiple safety protection mechanisms, becoming an innovator in the field of personal care.
Traditional hair dryers rely on 220V AC power, with complex internal circuits and hidden dangers of high-voltage leakage, especially in humid environments such as bathrooms. The risk is doubled. Lithium hair dryers are powered by low voltage below 24V DC (in compliance with the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC 60335 safety standard). Even if the line is accidentally exposed or exposed to water, it will not produce enough electric shock to cause injury. This feature makes it an ideal choice for children's homes, pet care or outdoor use.
High temperature is the main cause of fire or burns caused by traditional hair dryers. Lithium hair dryers use built-in NTC temperature sensors and microprocessors to monitor the outlet temperature in real time and stabilize the air temperature in an adjustable range of 40°C to 70°C (traditional models often reach more than 100°C). Once overheating is detected, the device will cut off the power supply to the heating element within 0.3 seconds and start the fan to dissipate heat. For example, a laboratory test showed that when the air inlet was blocked by clothing, the surface temperature of the lithium-powered model was 32°C lower than that of the traditional model, significantly reducing the risk of burns.
The power cord of the traditional hair dryer not only limits the scope of use, but also may cause a short circuit due to aging, entanglement or pet chewing. The lithium-powered hair dryer is powered by a detachable battery pack, eliminating the risk of tripping over the cable and supporting 360° free rotation. Some models of battery packs meet the UN38.3 aviation safety certification, can be fully charged in 2 hours and work continuously for 45 minutes, taking into account portability and battery life.
The internal circuit of the lithium-powered hair dryer adopts a fully enclosed design to prevent hair or dust from invading and causing a short circuit. The outer shell is mostly made of V-0 flame retardant material (self-extinguishing within 0.5 seconds after burning), while traditional hair dryers are mostly ordinary ABS plastic. In addition, the battery module is equipped with a BMS (battery management system) with overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent and short-circuit protection functions. For example, when the current rises abnormally, the BMS will instantly cut off the output to prevent thermal runaway of the lithium battery.
